I had to reduce my consumption of coffee, specifically, caffeine. I switched to Crio Bru and it is great. I actually brew a pot of Newman's Own Organic Decaf Coffee and pour it into the French Press for twist in flavor. Love it! It is a bit pricey, but worth it when I consider the health benefits and reducing the amount I use by combining it with decaf.
