I'm kind of getting used to this whole concept. It's a bit of a pain to brew because you have to use a French press and then clean it afterwards but it's an interesting alternative.

I felt like this product was too expensive but really wanted a caffeine free Non-coffee alternative.
I made our first brew using the minimum amount, 2 tablespoons per 8 oz. It was pretty weak flavored. I had to mix a chocolate collagen protein powder with it for it to taste good.
If it takes the maximum amount, 4 tablespoons per 8 oz, then this product is too expensive to be worth buying. Pretty disappointed really. If it was half the price I would keep buying it but at the current prices I’m done with it.

It was good, but not ready to replace my morning coffee with it. It will be a great treat in the afternoons during the winter months.

We did very much enjoy this alternative to the morning coffee. Prepared in a French press and found that using boiled water seemed to work best. I have not tried this in my expresso maker as of yet but did use the hot water feature on it for the water to steep in but felt like the water temp was just not hot enough to express the cacao perfectly so we will try boiling water in at tea kettle next. Buy great product if you are looking for a coffee alternative.

I grew up on a cacao plantation in Trinidad 🇹🇹 this was a staple drink for our family growing up in the Caribbean, roasting the bean at home, grinding them and them boiling them for a bit... add some honey as fresh cows milk, it's just unexplainable. I was very hesitant at 1st to try this, in my mind there walls no way it could be as good as it was back on the island... I was wrong, from the moment I broke the seal on the bag, the memories flooded my brain again... The aroma as that hot water hit those grounds in the French Press, I knew I was in for a treat... Anxiously waited the time for it to brew, poured it into my cup with a bit of honey and some heavy whipping cream... At 1st sip I could not stop smiling, ear to ear... it was just as good as what I had as a kid... Absolutely delicious, I will be a loyal customer of this product for many years ahead... looking forward to trying all the other blends... Absolutely love this... love it....
