I expected the French Roast to be dark and rich because in coffee, the French Roast is similar to espresso. I found CrioBru's French Roast to be thin, although it does suggest 2 to 4 Tablespoons per cup and I only used two. I'll try it with four, but that makes the brew quite expensive. For the most part, I like CrioBru products, but I don't think that I'll be ordering more Ecuador French Roast.
